has anybody tried the sacred heart diet? has any individual tried the sacred heart diet? I personally have not tried it, but a couple of my cousins not long ago have. One lost 6 lbs., while they other lost 11 lbs. I am in regards to to commence the diet this weekend. One of the things they emphasized on was that I have to follow the diet to a tee...no cheating!
