As an individual with an allergy to contact silver, I am always searching for jewelry that does not have silver, which have a tendancy to be the dominant metal of choice. I was pleased when I ran all over the jewelry at Dan's b/c it was pewter, which does not cause my skin to react allergically.

Good for price
I doubt this is real pewter. It comes on a crappy black thread cord. but it's not ugly or garishly large. i wear it alot

As somebody with an allergy to contact silver, I am always searching for jewelry that does not have silver, which have a tendancy to be the dominant metal of choice. I was pleased when I ran all over the jewelry at Dan's b/c it was pewter, which does not cause my skin to react allergically.

The piece looks finelooking on the page, but the pictures candidly do not do it justice. It is little light-weight, well crafted piece, with a beauteous inset stone.

There is also sufficient clearance space to use dissimilar kinds of necklace chain's. Unfortunately the black-twine necklace length enclosed with the piece also irritates my skin, but it was inexpensive for me to provide my own silk rope chain, and the big eye hole accommodated the new clasps marvelously (Which is not always the case with a great deal of jewelry).
