Does any one have Japa Mala beads? do they help you? what do they do and what are they made of? I don't own one yet but A Japa mala or mala is a set of beads ordinarily used by Hindus and Buddhists, normally made from 108 beads,Malas are employed for keeping count while reciting, chanting, or mentally repeating a mantra or the name or names of a deity.
