| "If one may recognize one's own fragility, fear may be overcome." You constantly surround yourself in fear. Fear motivates and drives you in directions that you are not meant to go. By permitting fear to hold you captive, you do not give yourself the prospect to shine whether you realize it or not, each decision, each action, and all of your every day internal communications are on galore level guided by two kinds of fears. One type is little each day fears such as: Will I ace my occupation interview? Or did I do not forget to compensate the gas bill? The world will not end if you did not give the waitress at the coffee shop this morning an suitable tip, but it might as well have for the trauma you caused yourself over routine and routine details. The other type of fear is the one that in truth drives your cognizance and emotions. When you find yourself looking past the structures in your life to answer questions you actually can't answer. You let fear replace forward thinking. Most of these questions are permeated with "what ifs", "buts", and "if only", and not one thing you come up with adequately satisfies your need to resolve anything and everything that affects the grander system of things. This fear, whether you like it or not, is all part of the life journey. Fear will motivate and drive you in undesirable directions. When you let yourself become beclouded by past issues, unsolved baggage, and other people's expectations, you lose sight of the goals, ideals, and progress that you establish for your own growth and understanding. It is far requiring little effort to tell somebody else to "let it go" than it is to convince yourself. Yet if you do not, you will stay bound to your fears and fixed in your personal evolution. As you reflect on your fears think of a fear that has affected how you presently view your own life. How has this fear fixed you? Has it fixed you more than you realized? Instead of saying "my fears do not concede me to..."...or "I can't get past my fears because...", you will need to rewrite your internal dialogue. Change your thoughts to include choices rather of obstacles and think of how you may work past your fears and win a victory over your negative thinking. It is more comfortable said than done when you undertake to work through hindering beliefs to reach a more inviolable sense of cognizance and growth. Consider the following statement: I am more inviolable than the context of my fears. How may you utilise this statement to your own life? Have your fears outweighed the value you place on the positive traits you possess? Without realizing it, we often resolve our fears just by rewording a negative belief. Instead of "I am unable to because...", reorder that thought to read "I am competent to because...". Feel the energy that comes with your thought. You are competent of altering your beliefs with a simple statement. One positive statement may lead to others and tardily your negative outlook may change to one of positive affirmation. Each of us possess such capabilities. To grasp this we must also take a look at our internal beliefs. Fear have a tendancy to tie you in knots and limits your prospects to grow and give rise to in love and understanding. You have limitless gifts and endowments to bestow to those around you and to the world. If you concede fear to hold you captive, you will not give yourself the chance to shine. Remember that you are a perfective and loved child of light. Nothing may stop you from attaining your dreams and hopes!
